It's My Birthday and I'll Bark If I Want To...

Well, actually my birthday was the 21st - and we wuz gonna have a big party on the 22nd - but my beloved Gramps got sick so we're delaying everything until he's all better. On my birthday, though, my Mama bought me flowers and Godfather got me a nice new shirt that says "Rock Star!", 'cause I like music so much...and I got cards, and one of my Uncles got me a cookie, and mama played with me ALL day, so it was still fun, although I miss my Grammy & Gramps a whole bunch. Even my Auntie Clucker was gonna come to NY and celebrate, but Mama sez life sometimes throws you a curve ball, whatever that means...

Anyway, I'll write again as soon as we have my celebration - I would like to thank my Auntie M for helping my mama do my blog, and for all my friends, there's a CHANCE I'll be on "The Today Show" next weekend because of my modeling career, so keep your paws crossed for me!

I'm a natural flirt...

My Day

Mama and I woke up a little late - hey! - it IS a weekend! - and we went to the doggie store where I got to pick out one of my birthday presents - 8 bones! There was this nice T-shirt that mama liked, with a little guitar on it, but alas, they did not have my size (I'm a "small") so we had to forget about that...I'll drag mama back there in another week or so and we'll try again. Then I stayed home while mama went to get my roast beef and turkey for the week - yum! - nothing better, except for when my Grammy cooks for me! - and once the food arrived, mama and I set out for Bed, Bath & Beyond, where I tried out ALL the fans! I like when the air blows on me!!! I get to sit in the baby seat of the cart so I can see everything...we just meandered around - mama says we'll do serious shipping tomorrow...so then we went outside and took another walk to the UPS store where Mama got some mail - no birthday cards for ME yet! - and we stopped at the bank, 'cause I'm expensive to have - and mama went to the manicure place to get HER paws done, but there was a wait, so she decided we'll do that tomorrow morning - AFTER a long snooze!

Anyway, that's been MY day - I've eaten several carrots, which I love, and I had my main meal - and now I'm plum-tuckered, so it's nappy time. I hope everyone who reads this has a nice Passover and Easter. I think the Easter Bunny may even visit me tomorrow (mama says I must not bark). So that's it for now. Any other doggies wanna write to me?
